Celebrating the Life of Ms. Vernita Delancy

The SBC family extends our heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of Ms. Vernita Delancy.
A viewing and wake will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the SBC Main Sanctuary.
Her Homegoing Celebration will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a repast in the Fellowship Hall.
The Word of Comfort will be delivered by Pastor Ronald Smith of Community Bible Baptist Church. (Pastor Jackson will not be officiating.) Burial will take place at a later date and time.
Ms. Delancy is survived by a loving host of family and friends.
